Challenge:

Design and develop a custom eCommerce platform user experience (UX) tailored for eLead Promo, a healthcare promotional product client specializing in branded merchandise for hospital systems. The goal was to create intuitive and visually appealing purchasing websites that catered specifically to healthcare professionals seeking promotional items for their institutions.

 

Solution:

UX Design Strategy: Conducted thorough research to understand the unique needs and preferences of healthcare professionals when purchasing promotional merchandise. Developed a user-centric design strategy that prioritized ease of navigation, clear product categorization, and streamlined checkout processes.

Customization and Branding: Implemented a customizable UX/UI design that reflected each healthcare system’s brand identity while maintaining a professional and healthcare-specific aesthetic. Utilized Adobe CC tools—such as Illustrator and Photoshop—to create bespoke graphics, icons, and layouts that resonated with the target audience.

Integration and Functionality: Integrated robust eCommerce functionalities that included product customization options, secure payment gateways, and responsive design principles to ensure optimal performance across desktop and mobile devices.

Collaborative Approach: Collaborated closely with eLead Promo to align the platform’s design with their marketing objectives, brand guidelines, and technical requirements.
